Unifi Flex Mini 2.5G 5 0.5U Flush Mount Toolless

Looking for a simple 0.5U 10" rack mount for the ever popular Unifi Flex Mini 2.5G? You have found the right one!

The keystone opening here works great together with my other model for passing thru the USB-C power cable:

0.5U height means that the end result will feel a bit flimsy before you insert the device as the device itself becomes a structural part after installing the locking loop. The mounting screw position for 0.5U mounts doesnt help either but this is a necessary trade-off to make it fit into 0.5U slot. Its still plenty strong enough for your regular racking needs!

Features:

  • The design takes into account the precise geometry of the device, allowing for a tight, no-gap look! It even has a hole for the blue power led!

  • Just insert the device and slide the locking loop behind it, simple as that! No need to warm up that soldering iron for heatset inserts

• Keystone opening next to the USB-C port

  • I use it to pass thru the power cable as I dont have PoE. Works with whatever keystone jack you want to throw in and if not needed you can just plug it with a blank until the need arises!

Installation:

1. Carefully remove from printer
2. Slide in the device from the back with ports facing forwards
3. Take the locking loop and snap it in to the back of the rack
   1. Look at the model pictures for guidance if needed
4. Insert whatever keystone accessory you want if needed, much easier to do it now before rack installation
5. Install into the rack
