Description

Because your desk deserves to be this cute and functional! Meet my newest design: a fully printed-in-parts pencil dispenser with a lil teddy bear face! šŸ’– This friend has a secret… turn the front knob, and—click—out pops a pencil from the front! It's like a tiny vending machine for your stationery 🄹 This is an experimental model, so it may have flaws, but I shall be updating what I can šŸ’–šŸ˜Š

Assemble as per video šŸ’–šŸ˜Š The only part that needs supports is the tall spinner piece šŸ’–

You do have to twist a few times to fully rotate the mechanism and dispense a pencil~

🌟 Features:

  • All parts print separately—no tricky assembly needed!
  • Only the internal spinner needs supports
  • Easy to snap together, smooth to operate
  • Holds standard-size pencils snugly and pops one out at a time!

āš ļø Experimental Model Disclaimer āš ļø
This design is considered experimental and may require extra patience or tweaking to print and assemble properly. While I've done my best to test and refine it, your results may vary depending on your printer, filament, and settings. I may update, but the intention is to refine details in order to make a new better model!

🧪 Things to keep in mind:

  • Print tolerances may be snug or loose depending on your setup
  • Some small parts may need minor cleanup or adjustment
  • This is a mechanical model, so part fit is important! Due to the simple mechanism, it may sometimes slightly jam when dispensing a pencil. Just gently wiggle to fix! Make sure your ends are glued onto the spinner or they may spin freely.
  • Only the spinner requires supports—all other parts are print-in-place or support-free

Your feedback helps me improve! šŸ’– If you run into issues, feel free to reach out or share your print results. I hope this little bear brings a bit of fun to your workspace āœļøšŸ»

Recommended Print Settings:

  • Layer Height:Ā .16
  • Infill:Ā 15%
  • Supports:Ā Not usually needed for the majority of my flexi files, but feel free to add them if your printer prefers a little help.
  • Pro Tip:Ā If the first layers struggle to stick, try slowing down the first layers or increasing the bed temperature slightly.
  • Filament: Matte or Regular PLA recommended

Please remember, NO sharing, re-selling, or distributing this digital file or modifications of it in any way. You are not authorized to use my photos or anyone else's photos without permission.

Internal Structure: Insert the inner tube into the bottom, and while holding it, glue the smaller cylinders into the hole, then glue the caps on. Afterwards, you can place the rectangular piece shown in the image in. This will hold all of your pencils!

Final Look: You can glue all of your pieces into their respective spots & then slide them into place~
