This TPU repair part replaces and reinforces the decking on Tubbs Xplore 25 snowshoes in the area where it wraps around the aluminum tube and is riveted.
In this location, the factory decking is stretched and fastened, making it prone to wear, cracking, or tearing over time, especially at the front edge. This printed TPU wrap restores coverage in that high-wear zone and adds flexible, abrasion-resistant reinforcement suitable for cold-weather use.
Designed to fit cleanly over the tube after removing the original rivet and securing with a Chicago screw.
Installation Overview
- Drill out the factory rivet
- Position the TPU decking wrap over the tube
