Air Vent Deflector

This print was the MVP of my recent practical-print marathon. 😄 I live in the River Valley of Arkansas, where springtime likes to play a fun little game called “surprise humidity attack.” One minute everything feels pleasant, and the next minute the air has slapped you upside the head and vanished into the trees like a swamp cryptid. Several of my AC vents are under tables, under the bed, and under my desk, so the cold air was basically hiding under furniture while the rest of the house wondered why it was still sweating. This deflector fixed that immediately. Now the airflow actually gets pushed OUT into the room instead of creating a tiny arctic tundra under the furniture. Simple concept, huge difference in comfort. The print came out clean, sturdy, and fit perfectly. One of those practical prints where you install it and instantly think: “Oh. THAT’S how this was supposed to work.” 😂

Printed in ABS. Works great for a floor vent, though I would be worried if it was in a place that my kid could easily grab it because it falls apart easily.

Is one piece meant to slide inside the groove on the other and slide to adjust? It’s too tight to fit in the groove, am I missing something?

the I only thing I wish was different was it had more of a lip to grip under the register. other than that it’s perfect and works! thank you.
