Slic3d to AMS Lite Spool Adapter

Description
I bought some Slic3d branded PETG rolls from Jaycar; but the problem was the spool didn't fit on the AMS Lite; the inner diameter of the Slic3d spool is way too large to be gripped by the expanding prongs of the AMS Lite spool holders.
This spool adapter is designed to fit inside the Slic3d spool and slip neatly onto the AMS Lite. The inner diameter of the Slic3d spool is slightly tapered, so there is a ridge in the outer diameter of the adapter designed to press outwards against the Slic3d spool giving a snug fit.
