Desiccant Dryer Wheel
This modular desiccant container system is designed to dry, regenerate, and reuse desiccant efficiently, making it perfect for filament dryers, AMS systems, dry boxes, or sealed storage containers.
The wheel-style design holds four removable perforated containers, maximizing airflow while securely retaining desiccant beads. The containers can be easily removed and reheated to regenerate the desiccant without needing to replace it.
✔ Recommended materials:
- PETG (tested and safe)
- ABS
- ASA
⚠️ Important Warning
❌ Do NOT print in PLA
PLA may deform or melt during the desiccant drying process and is not safe for this application.
This design shares container compatibility with my Bambu Lab spool desiccant system when printed in heat-resistant materials such as PETG, ABS, or ASA. You can reuse them directly in this dryer wheel without any modification.
