Major Chip Hazard Leader of the Commando Elite

Major Chip Hazard - Articulated Action Figure from Small Soldiers (WIP)

Bring the leader of the Commando Elite to life with this 3D printable model of Major Chip Hazard from the classic 1998 movie Small Soldiers! This is a work-in-progress design, so it's not 100% perfect yet, but it's already fully functional and ready for epic battles against the Gorgonites. I've tested it extensively with my 6-year-old twins, who love re-enacting scenes from the film—it's durable enough for rough play without falling apart.

Key Features:

• Articulated Joints: Fully poseable with magnetic connections for easy assembly and disassembly. The magnets allow joints to "give way" under stress, preventing breakage during play—perfect for kids (or adults) who get a bit too enthusiastic.
• Scale and Compatibility: Designed to match the movie's proportions, standing about 12 inches. Pairs great with my upcoming models of the rest of the Commando Elite (all at the same development stage) and 3 of the 7 Gorgonites I've got in progress.

Assembly Requirements:

• Magnets: You'll need 16 neodymium magnets for the joints. I recommend the AplysiaTech N52 3/8" Diameter x 1/4" Height - 30 Pack (available on Amazon:  These are strong enough to hold poses securely but safe for play. 
• Additional Materials: Minimal hot glue is required for securing the knees, elbows, and magnets in place. No other supports or complex tools needed—just print, glue, and snap together!

This model has held up amazingly well in our household—it's tough, fun, and captures that nostalgic Small Soldiers vibe. If you print it, I'd love to see your makes and any improvements you suggest!
