Description

Aerospike for the Wolfbox MF100

The narrow nozzles included with the blower don’t do much to properly concentrate the airflow. Instead, they restrict it, create significant turbulence, and sound like they put extra strain on the motor—likely reducing battery life. On the highest power setting, the turbulence becomes so severe that the airflow is barely directional and loses strength within about a metre of the nozzle.

This Aerospike version, on the other hand, seems to place far less strain on the motor while delivering an impressively focused stream of air that carries much farther than the stock narrow nozzles. And honestly—it looks way cooler too.

I printed mine using a 0.2 mm nozzle with standard supports on the bed only, which were easy to remove. It should work perfectly well with a 0.4 mm nozzle too. If you’re after an especially smooth finish, just reduce your layer height.

I think this fits the MF100. Havent tried it, but the dimensions are correct.

Enjoy!
