Great design! No issues with the print profile and model works well. Thanks for sharing! I played around with model in BambuStudio and added counterbores for ball bearings, tweaked the "hinges", added some color and a new pointer.

Any tricks for getting the hinges to break loose?

I optimized my print profiles for GeeeTech PLA, maybe try gently cutting in to the little space between the parts of the hinge. If that still does not work, try changing the X-Y Hole Compensation and X-Y Contour Compensation. You can also try and change the flow ratio to 0.96. That is what worked for me so far.
