A bambu skewer x 1: I used a skewer that is 2.5 mm in diameter.
Description
Major updates of the model!
2026-03-07
A new print profile, “Version 2, Stronger handle”, is added. The print result might be a bit rougher and needing some post printing clean up, but the print orientation makes it much stronger.

Version 2 is released! I recommend you to only print this updated version! In this latest version a lot of the problems that you have reported are adressed, IE:
The thread between the handle and star is a separate insert thread, which is much stronger and can be changed easily if it breaks, without having to print the whole star again. You can also use an Allen key to remove the thread insert.
The threads have a larger tolerance, so it's easy to mount it without having to break the threads in.
The card slot is much wider now, so the card doesn't get stuck.
There is a standard strength print profile with 2 walls and a stronger print profile with 6 walls uploaded. I recommend using a reinforcement rod as described under “Post processing instructions” for increased strength, because the print orientation of the handle makes it a bit weak for the forces if the wand is waved too hard.

A new cloud attachment is added!
Background
Have you ever dreamed about being able to pay for your goods by magic? I sure have since yesterday when I saw a video of someone that paid in the drive through with a magic wand! I thought that it looked fun, so I made myself a own version of it in Fusion.
Post processing instructions
Post processing
After printing the pieces, break of the support trees. The easiest way to get rid of the support material inside the thread in the handle parts is by sticking down a small pair of pliers and screw out the whole support tree.
Use small pliers to screw out the support tree.
For added strength (optional)
Since the printing direction of the handle is not ideal for durability there is a hole that is 192 mm deep. Inside the hole a standard bambu skewer fits, which will make the handle stronger if mounted. Just cut the skewer to ~190 mm and put the skewer in.
Put a skewer in the handle for extra stregth. Push it all the way to the bottom.
Instructions of use
Put your credit card in the star and screw on the handle. Now you are ready to sprinkle some fairy dust on the payment terminals!
Put your credit card inside the star.Ready to use!
