Meet your new 3D-printed desk companion! This is a modular, brick-style cat model consisting of 62 individual pieces. It’s designed to be a fun, relaxing assembly project that results in a cute tuxedo-style kitty.

Print Settings & Recommendations

To ensure you have the best experience printing this model, please follow these tips:

  • Support: No supports needed! The parts are designed to be printed flat and clean.
  • Bed Adhesion (Crucial): Because many pieces have a small surface area, bed adhesion is key.
    • Option A (Recommended): Apply a layer of glue to your print plate.
    • Option B: Use a large brim. Note: While a brim works well, it can be annoying to remove from 62 separate pieces, so glue is the preferred method for a cleaner finish.

Assembly & Fit Tips

Because every printer is calibrated differently, tolerances for the brick connections may vary.

  • Loose Connections: If you find the blocks aren't sticking tightly together or the cat starts to disassemble itself, I suggest experimenting with your Horizontal Expansion settings (or "X-Y Hole/Contour Compensation") to get a tighter fit.
  • The Permanent Fix: If you don't want to re-print or fiddle with settings, a small drop of superglue on the studs will keep your kitty together forever!

Assembly Instructions

This build is made of 62 pieces. Please refer to the assembly guide image below to put your kitty together step-by-step.

If you enjoy the build, please consider uploading a photo of your printed cat! I’d love to see the different colors you choose.
