This tool will be useful for finding the center

of circular objects by drawing two or more diameters.

You can also use it on square objects to draw

the diagonals.

The central channel has a narrower part in contact with

the object and widens into a “V” shape upwards.

This allows the use with both mechanical pencils,

as well as traditional pencils or pens.

The sides measure 12 cm so it will work comfortably

for circles up to 24 cm and more.

Compared to other models, this has a lightened design that will

allow you to save print material, and you can also conveniently

hang it in your preferred position using one of the four

available holes.

I’ve made bought and repurposed many different methods of marking center of round objects some more accurate then others. From what I have been able to compare so far this is surprisingly one of the more accurate. The only issue I am finding is the slot used for marking has been difficult to use with most of the pencils I use which are 1.3mm mechanicals. Smaller diameter pencils certainly will work but are often frustrating to use as they seem to break too easily. I ended up using a replacement cutting wheel for a pipe cutting tool fitted to a handle that fits perfectly in the gap with its edges beveled there is no risk of removing any material from the guid and the blade itself leaves a nice narrow mark with a crisp precise intersecting center point.
