Viessmann Vitocal 200-S Condensate Drain Plug

My Viessmann Vitocal 200-S heatpump lost its condensation water through multiple holes at the bottom of the device. There is one big center hole that, according to Viessmann documentation, is enough to drain all condensation water. I have designed these plugs to channel the water to that big center hole, where it is disposed of through a drain pipe.

There are 4 holes measuring 24.7mm and 4 holes measuring 3mm. The plugs are slightly oversized to make for a tight fit. If your fit is too tight, consider scaling the plugs down by 3%.

The 3mf file prints a set of 4 plugs of each size.

The plugs have been printed with the following settings:

• TPU 95A HF (black)
• 0.4mm nozzle
• Bambu Lab P1S printer

If you experience stringing, I would suggest to switch to “per object” printing.
