BT3x8 SHCS Self Tapping Screw (20PCS) - AA108

Description

I purchased an Ossc (open source scan convertor), and the thing works amazing. But I've always figured it was weird that there was no way to get audio out of the device when using component unless you used an RCA to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter. I hate having extra cables to worry about, so i figured i would design a new case/cage for it that incorporates RCA audio plugs!

This mod does require you de-soldering the factory switch and soldering in a new switch and wires in place of it(i have not tried this cage with the factory switch installed, if someone can try it and let me know in the comments). Also requires soldering for the RCA plugs. You can either solder the wires to the bottom of the board, de-solder the headphone jack and wire the RCA plug up directly to the pads, or solder in a 3.5mm male headphone jack and be able to unplug the RCA audio jacks when you want.

This cage also has a brace for the scart connector, 2 buttons that go through the cage, as well as tpu feet! The tpu profile is setup for Overture 95A tpu on a Bambu A1. I have not tried it on any other printer, or with any other tpu, so mileage may vary.

Have fun, and happy scaling!
