This modular design allows you to reuse inexpensive components to build an indispensable tool for any electronics workshop or maker workspace. Unlike other simple designs, this enclosure integrates precise digital outputs, quick-adjust analog outputs, and the fixed power rails of the ATX power supply.
⚡ Key Features
- Digital Central Module: Recess designed to integrate a Buck-Boost module (ZK-4KX type) that allows precise voltage and constant current (CC/CV) control. Ideal for charging batteries or powering delicate circuits.
- Dual Analog Channel: Two independent side sections equipped with potentiometers and voltmeter/ammeter displays for quick voltage adjustments.
- Direct ATX Outputs: Bottom panel with direct access to the native power supply rails: +3.3V, +5V, +12V, and -12V, plus multiple grounds (GND).
- Practical Extras: Integrated 5V USB output for charging mobile devices or powering microcontrollers, and a main power switch.
- Robust Design: Ample interior space for cable organization ("Cable Management") and to ensure proper airflow for cooling.

- 1x ATX connection adapter board (Breakout board) or direct cable connection.
- 1x DC-DC Buck-Boost Converter Module ZK-4KX.
- 1x DC Buck Step-down Module (for the side outputs).
- 2x Digital Panel Voltmeters/Ammeters (Model DSN-VC288).
- 4x 100k Ohm Potentiometers + Knobs.
- 1x Panel-mount female USB port.
- Set of Female Banana Connectors (Red and Black).
- 1x Rocker switch.
Hardware:
- 4x M3 Screws (for closing the case).
- Additional M3 screws (for securing internal electronic boards).
- (Optional) Threaded inserts if you want a more durable finish.
