Description
Senator Padmé Amidala wears a dress with this pattern during her last meeting of the Galactic Republic Senate in Star Wars Ep. III. This is the scene where she says her famous lines: "This is how liberty dies... With thunderous applause." The pattern can be found on the cape and the tabard in the centre front of the outfit.
The template will help you to achieve a uniform shape for each swirl. I recommend using a chalk pencil or a removable fabric marker for drawing on the design first. After marking the whole design, you can simply follow the lines with a paint brush or a pearl pen bottle with a tiny tip. For my cosplay, I used a mixture of purple and white Kreul fabric paint.
