Ballpoint Pen Jig for Laser Engraving (5-slot, Focus Centered)
This jig was specifically developed for precise laser engraving of ballpoint pens and functionally optimized compared to common models
The laser's focus in this model is exactly in the center of the ballpoint pen, which allows for uniform and reproducible engraving over the entire length. The jig offers space for up to five ballpoint pens simultaneously, making series engravings efficient and time-saving
An additional recess in the jig allows targeted laser engraving of the surface opposite the clip. This allows logos, names, or text to be neatly placed on the desired side without having to realign or rotate the ballpoint pen
The jig ensures:
- repeatable positioning
- constant focus position
- clean alignment for series engravings
