KSK G95 Style MARS Dummy Silencer – Airsoft Replica

This highly detailed dummy silencer in KSK G95 / HK416 design is a purely visual dummy solution for airsoft weapons
The design is based on the modern MARS / G95K style, as known by German special forces, and has been optimized for maximum stability and clean printability

Disclaimer:
This is a non-functional dummy silencer for airsoft use only
Not usable on real firearms

Features

  • Realistic G95 / HK416 Optics (KSK Style)
  • M14x1 CCW Thread – compatible with most Airsoft
    HK416 / AR15 AEG & GBB Models
  • Integrated 8 mm passage, prevents BBs from getting stuck inside
  • Optimized for stable & clean 3D printing
  • Ideal for Milsim, Training & Display Builds

Print & Assembly Instructions (very important)

  • Layer 1609:
A pause is scheduled during printing to glue in 4x 1.0–1.5 mm Ø GRP rods.
  • This significantly increases axial stability and reduces the likelihood of breakage between layers.
  • Recommended: superglue or 2K epoxy, then continue printing.

Print Recommendation

  • Material: PLA / ABS and for the really tough ones PA6-CF
  • Layer height: 0.08 mm (due to thread detail)
  • Infill: 15–25 %
  • Wall thickness: ≥ 3 lines
  • Support: necessary
