Xiomi Air Purifier Filter - DIY Roller Stand

When I went to replace my Xiaomi air filter with a new one, I noticed that the wheels on the cheap aftermarket kit I bought online earlier were actually built directly into the bottom of the filter unit itself. To make future filter changes easier—and avoid having to remove and reinstall those 16 screws every single time—I quickly put together a simple baseplate and transferred the four wheels onto it. Now whenever I need to switch to a fresh filter, I can just place it right onto this base!

How do I distinguish and use the different file versions?

They are mainly divided into two categories based on diameter: 199 mm and 200 mm diameter (To match with the base of your Xiomi Air Filter). Each of these is further split into two versions—one designed for the original screws, and another compatible with M3 heatset inserts. I believe you can easily tell them apart just by looking at the file names.

The one I printed is 199mm (Xiomi_AirFilter_Roller_Stands_199mm_ID)

TIPS:  Since every 3D printer can have slight print tolerance, I’ve provided two sizes of diameter for convenience.
I recommend first printing a test ring (Testing_ring_199mm_ID, 199mm in diameter) to check the fit with your Xiaomi air filter. Once you confirm it matches, go ahead and print the full base plate that holds the four wheels.
