Potato Cannon Sight Grip.jpg

This is a clamp on adapter to fit 2&#34; PVC pipe commonly used in potato cannons, air cannons, and mortars. It has 2.5 degree graduations for elevation and picatinny rails for mounting grips and various optics. This is designed to print without supports or brims, but feel free to add them if you need. &nbsp;I printed this in ABS with a .4 mm nozzle and used the standard &#34;Strength&#34; profile. I changed the sparse infill to Gyroid because it seems like the best infill for printer longevity, and upped the percentage to add some strength.&nbsp;All fasteners are 3mm, but the clamp itself uses 5 ea 18mm long coarse threaded screws, everything else uses fine thread fasteners and 5mm Dia. x 4mm long thread inserts.  &nbsp;The grip needs 3 ea 16 mm long 3mm socket head or button head screws, and two 3x30 mm.The two locking knobs will need 3x22 mm screws. The side mounted picatinny rail uses two 3x8 mm screws and one 3x14.&nbsp;5 mm OD x 4 mm Long Heat Sets - 19 ea3 mm Dia. x 18 mm Long Coarse Threaded Screws - 5 ea3 mm Dia. x 30 mm Long Fine Threaded Screws - 2 ea3 mm Dia. x 22 mm Long Fine Threaded Screws - 2 ea3 mm Dia. x 16 mm Long Fine Threaded Screws - 3 ea3 mm Dia. x 14 mm Long Fine Threaded Screws - 1 ea3 mm Dia. x 8 mm Long Fine Threaded Screws - 2 ea
