P2S Turbine Exhaust Two-in-one Ultra-thin 4.6cm APP Remote Speed Control Fan Kit
Print Profile(1)

Description
Reason for creation
The official external exhaust fan kit was released, and I eagerly bought it, only to find it was too thick
Moreover, the fan's airflow was weak, completely unable to power my 2-meter long exhaust duct

To improve this, I created an ultra-thin external exhaust model. At 4.6cm thick, it's not much higher than the buffer. I also wanted to optimize the poop chute to be integrated
So I had to opt for a turbine fan solution. I tested it and found the blower's power amazing; at just 30%, it had the same airflow as a floor fan
It took some time to model and create. I printed about 10 versions to match the back panel buckle, and the final size fit perfectly
Also, due to the printer's vibration calibration, to improve durability, I used printed spring feet
Embracing the spirit of the internet, I'm sharing this, hoping it's useful to you
Main features
Compatible with the official external exhaust control kit, supporting screen APP control of fan switch and speed
Overall thickness 4.6 cm
12CM high-power turbine fan
With sealed poop chute
With spring feet
Overall buckle design reduces screw usage
Important notes
1. Official P2S external exhaust kit circuit board https://makerworld.com.cn/zh/models/1857875
2. Requires P2S external exhaust kit, same brand PWM fan with the same wire sequence and colors
If you don't have the official external exhaust circuit board, you can use a regular variable speed fan controlled by a governor, but it will not have remote control functionality
Fan 12032, size 12cm×12cm×32mm, plug is GH1.25 4PIN
According to feedback, some blowers were found to be unusable. It is recommended to purchase a PWM blower of the same brand as the official one, with the same wire colors
Purchase a GH1.25 4PIN plug separately or cut off the official fan's plug and connect the wires according to the same colors
The wire sequence published for other models may not be correct. If it doesn't spin, do not connect randomly to avoid burning it out
(PS. The official board might have certain restrictions on the PWM protocol, causing other brands not to spin. If it doesn't spin, it means it's not compatible. Do not change the wire sequence to avoid burning out the board or the fan)
If there's an error with the blower's snap fasteners, they can be removed. It can still be securely fixed with just the buckles. If you're still not confident, you can add some double-sided tape
The full buckle design is relatively complex. If anyone is willing to remix the model, they can also share it
Other reminders
Especially do not use Delta blowers. Delta PWM is a proprietary protocol. Don't ask me how I know, I bought several back and forth and none of them spun
Additionally, there is text on the back of the card plate. Those who don't need the text can remove it using the positive part
