Mouse whistle, fox/predator call, optional magnetic

Another button whistle inside of a more "easy to use" whistle body. A button whistle are hidden inside so you can mimic a mouse or rat that are screaming. As a button whistle, its working on both exhale and inhale but in this case, the inhale will be better. This whistle is not so loud, its more for calling in a hesitant predator the last few hundred meters. Predators that are vary of rabbit screams or other similar sounds might sometimes come in directly on mouse squeaks.

Not so loud also means its a good gift to children. (Please use safe materials)

It also have a pocket to embed an optional round 10mm x 3mm magnet so it can be placed on any metallic surface as a fridge at home or maybe the gun in the field. (It also have a hole for a lanyard)

Printing

It has only been tested with PLA but probably most material will work except soft ones. Please avoid any material with CF/GF or any other extra particles since you are going to inhale with it.

I think this one deserves to be printed at 0.08mm layer-lines even though it probably will work just fine up to 0.20 mm layers (then you need to place the pause yourself for the magnetic version). It should be printed standing on the mouth piece and needs support for the ears. Brim are optional.

Magnets

I have publicized one plate in the print profile for using optional magnets, there it pause for you to glue a magnet in place before you continue the print. For magnet you should use a round 10mmx3mm magnet (10mm diameter, 3mm thick). You can of course combine so you use 2x1.5mm thick magnets or any other combination instead. A little glue (use fast glue) might be needed for the magnet to stay put while the print head continue to print over it.

Using

As already described, this is not that loud. It can be used to lure hesitant predators from close distances. In that, it can be highly effective. If you have used a louder other call before switching to this one, start by being quite a while before start calling with this one. It is used mainly by inhaling (to simplify printing), use short breath in different combination to create the sound you want. You can both mimic just normal every days mouse sounds or a mouse in full panic.
