HORL Sharpener Enhancement (Pro‑Style Angles)

This printable upgrade brings HORL Pro sharpening angles to your HORL 3, adding 10°, 13°, 22°, and 25° options alongside the original 15°/20° angles.

How it works

1. Place the angled plate flat on your work surface
2. Position the HORL onto the matching labeled side of the plate (15° to 15°, 20° to 20°). 

• When the 15° side of the HORL is placed flat on the plate’s 15° plane, the plate’s angle creates these knife angles: 15° side mating → 13° knife angle; 20° side mating → 22° knife angle.
• When the 20° side of the HORL is placed flat on the plate’s 20° plane, the plate’s angle creates these knife angles: 15° side mating → 10° knife angle; 20° side mating → 25° knife angle.

1. Flip up the pin for stable sharpening position on the oposite side of the ple you are using.
2. Sharpen your knife.

Pin Setup Instructions

Clip each pin onto the hinges as shown in the pictures below. Note that the smaller pin goes on the 15° side and the larger pin on the 20° side.
