Description
I wanted to create a magic user that looks kinda floating and yet it isn't ;)
The Sorceress prints well with tree (organic) supports and some modifications but I scaled her up to put some emphasis on the "floating" part.
Depending on your support settings, you might need to do some model cleanup on the base of her hair in the back.
I forgot to make a picture of her while she was still in pure-PLA form, sorry about that.
As usual, photos are taken a little bit too close - it's like that to show some imperfections.
0.08 Extra Fine profile with some modifications:
Support line width: 0.29
Arachne walls
Top/Bottom shell layers: 4/4
Infill: 40% (for the “chunky” feel)
Support: Tree (auto) - Organic
Initial layer: 80%
Top/Bottom Z distance: 0.22
The supports generate really well but be careful with removing them along her feet amd fingers.
Materia: eSUN PLA+, Gray.
Speedpaints 2.0 + gloss varnish for the crystals.
Primer: cheap market gray from the bottom, white from the top.
