74mm x 14-Flute Oil Filter Socket – Porsche / BMW / VW / Audi
This 3D-printed oil filter socket is designed around the CTA Manufacturing 2464 oil filter standard (74mm x 14-flute), commonly used across many German vehicles, including Porsche, BMW, Volkswagen, and Audi.
Originally designed and tested during an oil change on a Porsche Cayman, this tool worked flawlessly at factory torque.

Print & Use Notes
- Printed on Bambu Lab P2S
- PETG-HF filament (recommended)
- ~75% infill for strength
- Supports enabled during printing
- Compatible with 3/8” drive
- Tested using a 27mm socket for added leverage
- Successfully torqued to 25 Nm (factory spec)
Material Recommendation
- PETG / PETG-HF required
- PLA is not recommended due to heat and torque loads
