Description

Bambu Lab A1 – AMS Lite Filament Tube Management Clip

This clip is designed specifically for the Bambu Lab A1 to improve the routing and management of the AMS Lite filament tubes. It mounts directly to the printer and keeps the PTFE tubes neatly guided, reducing uncontrolled movement.

The model is compact, easy to print, and requires no additional hardware. Simply print, clip it onto the A1, and route the filament tubes through it.

If you want a cleaner filament setup and better tube guidance for your Bambu Lab A1 + AMS Lite combination, this clip is a simple and effective upgrade worth printing.

⚠️ IMPORTANT WARNING ⚠️

Do NOT route the print head power cable through this clip.
The cable is too short and routing it through the clip can cause excessive tension, restricted movement, or potential damage to the cable or print head.
This clip is intended only for AMS Lite PTFE filament tubes.

Perfectly fine if you only print smaller (short) projects, but for anything bigger (taller), the print head will run right into this. Fortunately I found this out while testing the part, by manually moving around the print head.

That's actually a pretty valid point there. I should point that out in the description of the clip, and/or rethink the design! Thanks @ninja_purple for pointing that out.

Welcome. I tried several different ones, and even the ones that are flush present minor issues by not allowing the wire to move freely. I’ve found that it’s best to use a long stress relief boot on both sides of the wire and call it a day. I considered a drag chain, but a few users complained about how the drag chain would collapse in the middle as it stretches.

I would scrap it all together. Even if you don't print really tall prints, I've noticed there are times where the print head go to the top for various reasons.

On my Bambu A1 combo it tore off the 4 white wires for the filaments, too bad! I do not recommend this print!
