Description (French)
This bust depicts Blaise Pascal, a major figure of the 17th century whose influence spans science, philosophy, and religious thought. The model is inspired by the most iconic and widely recognized representation of the man, based on historical portraits showing him in adulthood, with a reserved yet penetrating expression.
Facial proportions are carefully preserved to ensure immediate recognizability. The features are intentionally strong: the attentive gaze, slender nose, and subtle mouth reflect the sharp intellect and depth of thought associated with Pascal. The overall sculptural approach favors clear, readable volumes with a controlled level of detail, making the piece particularly well suited for 3D printing.
Blaise Pascal is especially known for his foundational work in mathematics and physics, as well as for his philosophical and spiritual writings, including Pensées. This bust aims to capture the image of a brilliant and introspective mind, embodying intellectual rigor and the profound questioning that defines his legacy.

AI may be involved in certain stages of the creation process; however, all models are systematically corrected, optimized for 3D printing, and physically printed before being published.
