Elevate your Prius Gen5's rear passenger seat experience with these expertly crafted cup holders—a direct replacement for your factory center console USB cover that transforms how your passengers enjoy the ride. The intuitive clip-mount design makes installation effortless with the included trim removal pry tool, and the completely removable construction gives you total control. Versatile cup compartments handle different types of beverage sizes while keeping the USB charging port fully accessible. This is the upgrade your family has been waiting for—practical, intelligent, and designed to enhance comfort without altering your vehicle's refined aesthetic.

Mega Size - (94mm) diameter, fits 20oz Gatarade bottles, 16.9oz Pure leaf Ice Tea - square shaped bottles and larger

Fits: Prius Gen5 (2023+)

Includes:

  • Main USB outlet cover plate with clips
  • Cup holder Extension bar
  • 2 Cup holders (regular, mega, or both)
  • Trim removal Pry tool

Printing Material: PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) - Black Matte

Instructions: it is recommended to print the USB Trim Panel, and Pry bar in 0.20mm Strength preset. The rest of the parts can be printed in 0.20mm standard. The USB Trim Panel has to be printed on the Side, ducktail facing left. That is because there is a custom support imbedded into the design. This is to ensure 100% printing accuracy when the support prints the ducktail separately between lines 250-330.

Warning: the Pry bar may break during installation. I would recommend that the Pry Bar be printed with PETG-CF or ASA or something stronger.

When removing the Supports from the USB Trim Panel, Please be careful. do not use your hands and force the supports off as this can break the clip holders off. I would recommend using needle nose pliers or similar tools to carefully remove the supports especially around the extruded clip holders. You will also have to use a sharp utility knife to press firmly into the plastic to remove the custom triangle support for the ducktail piece. do not slice or cut, but press firmly.

when printing the 6 locking clips, I recommend that you print these standalone separately, use supports, and use glue sticks on the plate.

Issues and Problems:
I have included 6 STL variations of the Ducktail Extension Bar for the cup holders. This is because I was trying to achieve a snug but easily removable cup holder fit. Depending on the Filament and system presets (0.20mm standard or 0.20mm Strength) you might have to adjust and choose a different Extension variation number. Size 1 is recommended, but if its too loose or if the cup holders easily fall out when flipped upside down, increase the Size to 2, 3, 4 and so on till you get a snug but easy removable fit.

Pro tip: If its too tight 1/4th to ½ way down and your trying to force it. Stop. Wiggle side to side till you get it off and try a different size.
