Gens Ace iMars D300 / Dual Charger Angled Stand

This is a support-free, airflow-optimized angled stand designed specifically for the Gens Ace iMars D300 Charger and also compatible with the older iMars Dual model.

The stand holds the charger at a 40° viewing angle, making the screen easy to read while charging — ideal for bench use, pit tables, or on-track setups.

Print Recommendations

• Material: PETG recommended (PLA also works for indoor or shaded areas)
• Layer Height: 0.28mm, you can do 0.20 if you care about smoothness
• Supports: Not required except for brim ears on the corners to prevent warping
• Orientation: Print flat on the build plate as shown
• Infill: 10% (gyroid)
• Walls: 2. You can add walls for extra rigidity, but the model is already very sturdy
