PSI Press Lock / Si-Tech QuickCuff O-Ring Cover

This 3D-printable O-ring protection cover is designed specifically for use with the PSI Press Lock dryglove system, including the Si‑Tech QuickCuff–compatible version.

Purpose

The primary function of this cover is to protect the sealing O-ring and groove area when dry gloves are not installed—during storage, transport, or gear staging. O-rings are critical to maintaining a watertight seal and are easily damaged by debris, compression, or accidental contact. This cover helps extend O-ring life and reduces the risk of leaks caused by contamination or physical damage.
