Recommended Print Settings
This model was tested with quality and heat resistance as priorities.
Suggested profile:
- Nozzle: 0.2 mm
- Material: ABS (recommended for heat resistance)
- Infill: 25%
- Layer height: 0.08 mm
If you are experienced with printing injection molds, feel free to use your own print profile and material choices.

⚠️ Safety first
- Always protect your lungs and eyes
- Work in a well-ventilated area
🔥 Preparation
- Pre-heat both the injector and the mold up to 40–50 °C (104–122 °F)
🧴 Mold release
- Lightly brush the mold with sunflower oil or similar oil using a paintbrush
- This helps the soft lures release cleanly and reduces tearing
🔩 Clamping
- Clamp the mold as tightly as possible
- Since this is not an aluminum mold, some flex may occur depending on material and print settings—proper clamping is essential for clean results
