Any Size Angle Customizable Pipe & Duct Y Splitter

Description

Parametric Y- and T-hose splitter generator for common shop-vac, dust collection, aquarium, irrigation, and DIY tubing sizes.

You can configure the inlet and both outlets independently, including inner diameter, wall thickness, and straight length. This makes it easy to create equal splitters, reducers, or mixed-size connectors tailored exactly to your setup.
Both Y (angled) and T (Junction Geometry → branch angle = 180°) variants are included and share the same dimensions, so you can choose the geometry that best fits your space and airflow needs.

I’ve also included pre-made splitter models for the most commonly used hose sizes and combinations, available in both Y and T versions:

• 1½″ → 1½″ + 1½″
• 2½″ → 2½″ + 2½″
• 2½″ → 1¼″ + 1¼″
• ¾″ → ¾″ + ¾″
• 1″ → ½″ + ½″
• 50 mm → 40 mm + 40 mm

Just pick the size and shape you need, slice, and print.

Printing recommendations

• Material: PETG (recommended for toughness, flexibility, and moisture resistance)
• Walls: ≥ 3 perimeters for strength and leak resistance
• Layer height: 0.24 mm
• Seam position: Random (helps reduce leak paths)
• Infill: 15–25% gyroid or cubic

The included print profile is already tuned for this model and includes appropriate support settings where needed. If you’re not very familiar with print settings, I strongly recommend using this profile—it’s optimized for a good balance between strength, reliability, and filament usage without wasting material.
