Kunai from Naruto: Shippuden

Description
Ninja Kunai
Naruto: Shippuden
Printing
I used basic PLA for all parts. No scaling required; I’ve scaled it perfectly for a ninja.
3mf. file included for Bambu Slicer users; I've added an additional 90% infil to protect the tip.
Assembly
I used super glue to connect everything. A popsickle stick is used as the spine to connect all the parts together.
Finishing
My post-printing process is very tedious; but it’s worth the effort. Step by step;
Sand down all print lines
Use putty filler or putty primer to fill in any defects
Sand, fill and repeat until nice and smooth (or all patience is lost)
Spray paint or acrylic based paints for color
Satin clear coat for a nice, semi-glossy finish
Wrapping
I cut a strip from a tote bag for a weathered, yellow texture on the cloth. I taped one strip to the top of the handle, before wrapping it tightly downwards in a spiral. I glued the end flap to the wrapping with super glue. However, don't use too much glue as it it does stain the cloth when hardened.
