This 3D-printable replacement lid was specifically designed for the ESN Shaker with a 700 ml capacity.
Ideal as a replacement for a lost or damaged original lid or as a custom solution for your shaker

The lid is designed for a precise screw fit and offers a clean, functional shape that is excellent for a smooth surface appearance

Recommended Print & Smoothing Settings

Print:

• Build plate: Smooth PEI Plate (for smooth bottom side)
• Layer height: 0.12 mm
• Print time: approx 29 minutes with PLA. 34 minutes with PETG
• Wall order: outer → inner
• Orientation: standing, opening facing up
• Supports: not required

Smoothing:

• Smooth all surfaces
• Smoothing speed: 30 mm/s
• Smoothing flow: 10 %
• Smoothing pattern: rectilinear

• Slight tolerance deviations may occur depending on the printer, material, and calibration
• For contact with food, the use of food-safe materials and, if necessary, suitable post-treatment is recommended
• This is a compatible replacement part, not an original manufacturer's product. It took many attempts to design a suitable lid. It is not waterproof when upside down. However, it can withstand use for shaking or transport in a car, on a bicycle, or similar
