Description
The ATOTO S8 comes with mounting brackets that don't really work in the Porsche 987. I created a mounting assembly that snuggly fits into the stereo/nav opening, along with ribs to slide into the rail groove on either side. Screw holes match up with the 3rd and last screw hole on either side of the standard S8 mounting bracket and allow vertical adjustment to ease install.
There is a 40mm “bridge” at the back top of the assembly, which I added so I could mount the GPS and 4G antennas.
