Micro:bit Modular Case – Wearable with Custom Pins
This is a modular and wearable case for the micro:bit, designed for easy 3D printing, customization, and educational use.
The case is designed for multiple wearing options:
- Around the neck using a cord or lanyard
- On the wrist using velcro (two possible orientations)
- Customized with interchangeable 3D-printed pins
The case is split into multiple parts and uses a press-fit assembly, so no glue or metal screws are required.

- Layer height: 0.20 mm
- Infill: 15%
- No supports required
Accessories (pins & printed screws)
- Material: PLA Basic
- Layer height: 0.08 mm for better quality and fit
- No supports required
Custom pin design
- Recommended pin size:
W × L × H = 2 cm × 2 cm × 3.4 mm
To create your own pin:
Copy the hole from one of the included pins into your design, place it at a layer height of 0.8 mm
