Description

I have designed a few models for either display of your favorite wheels or for a functional holder for your headphones. This holds my Air pod pro max, and my ps5 headsets perfectly. This design is based off the BBS RS multipiece wheel. I set this up on 4 different plates, to give you options of single-color printing, and also to customize however you would like. The fun part is you get to build the wheel like a real 3pc wheel, with the barrel, the face and the lip.

If you have already printed my other BBS LM model, you can only print the face and the center cap and switch out the faces like a real 3pc wheel can be built!

I used real m4x20 bolts with m4 nuts on my wheels. (As seen on my BBS LM) you can print these if you'd like. or fill the holes in and just simply glue them together. i would print 4-5 4mm rods to align everything when glueing.

You can use M3x20 bolts/nuts as well, as some printer's tolerances may be different causing some bolts to be tight going. hole diameter is set to 4.5mm there should be adequate room!

Check out the LM design here: BBS LM 3pc wheel Replica Headphone holder - Free 3D Print Model - MakerWorld

I currently sell this as headphone/controller holders, but this is my free version without the controller holders. ( i have BBS RS, Volk Te37, Desmond Regamaster, and the Enkei Rpf1 files already completed! Comment with your favorite wheel and maybe I will choose it for my next design. (te37 and single piece normal wheels are one-piece prints.)

Increased the overall size of the center cap so it's a snug fit, other than that it was perfect 👌

Hello, I am currently printing the beautiful part. Do you also have the screws as an STL file? I would like to have it without real screws
