Haptic Memory – Tactile Memory Game
Print Profile(1)

Description
Overview
Haptic Memory is a fully tactile version of the classic memory game. Instead of relying on colors or images, the tiles use raised geometric shapes that can be identified by touch alone.
The game was designed with blind and low-vision players in mind, but also works well as a sensory game for sighted players.
To support reliable gameplay, the project includes:
- 24 tactile memory tiles
- an optional but recommended tactile game grid to keep tile positions consistent
- a compact storage box with lid
- a Braille + Latin text insert for labeling (to be inserted at the front side on the box)
All parts are optimized for material efficiency and print reliability, without supports or exotic materials.
How to Play – Haptic Memory
Goal
Find as many matching pairs as possible using touch only.
Setup
- Place all tiles face down in the grid.
- Mix their positions before starting.
- Players should not look at the tiles during the game.
Gameplay
- The active player selects two tiles and explores them by touch.
- All players may touch and explore the revealed tiles.
- If the tiles match, the active player keeps the pair and may take another turn.
- If they do not match, both tiles are returned to their original positions.
- The turn passes to the next player.
Important
- Tiles must always be returned to the same grid position if no match is found.
- The grid helps players remember positions through spatial orientation.
End of the Game
- The game ends when all pairs are found.
- The player with the most pairs wins.
Variants
- Cooperative mode: players work together to find all pairs.
- Solo mode: try to find all pairs in the fewest turns possible.
Boost Me (for free)
This is my first ever model I've designed in Fusion. I put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into it. It would mean the world to me if you'd boost this model :)
