Bow Sander - 13mm wide

Compact bow sander designed for controlled sanding of small parts and curved surfaces. The bow-style frame allows adjustable tension on the sanding strip, making it well-suited for fine detail work and shaping in tight areas.

The design is optimized for easy 3D printing with a simple, functional layout.

Sanding Strip Guidance:

• Width: 13 mm
• Cut length: 225 mm (use included cutting template model)
• Grit: User preference based on application

Print Settings (Recommended):

• Material: PLA
• Walls: 4
• Top/Bottom Shell Thickness: 1.0 mm
• Infill: 15% (Gyroid)
• Supports: Not required
• Orientation: Print as shown

Additional Print Notes:

• Bow nut and T-screw: Print at 0.08 mm layer height for best thread detail
• T-screw: Print laying flat for improved strength
• Other parts may be printed at standard layer heights
