Description

Parking Assistant (static)

1. You park your car.
2. You position the assistant so that the lines overlap.
3. The next time you park, you try to make the lines overlap, which causes the car to park in the same spot as before.

If the center line is before the upper and lower lines = you parked too early.
If the center line is aligned with the upper and lower lines = you parked correctly.
If the center line is behind the upper and lower lines = you parked too far away.

Since the lines are offset by about 25mm they don't line up unless you're viewing them from straight above. If you haven't driven far enough in then the center line will appear to be closer to you than the upper and lower lines. It uses perspective to achieve consistency.
