Robust Telescopic Lightsaber (Screwless & Strong)

A telescopic lightsaber designed from scratch to be durable, reliable, and easy to print. This saber features 1.4 mm thick walls and a tapered friction fit system to ensure it stays firmly extended and collapses smoothly.

Key Features:

• Extended Length: ~80 cm (6-segment blade).
• Robust Design: 3-perimeter walls (1.4mm) to withstand light impacts.
• Safety: Includes a mechanical top stop to prevent the blade from flying out.
• Screwless Assembly: The bottom cap uses a flexible locking Pin that requires no glue or screws.

Printing:

• Profile: Used the default BambuLab 0.20 mm Standard profile.
• Wall: The blade must be printed with 3 walls (wall loops) to ensure durability.
• Orientation: The pin must be printed horizontally to prevent breakage.

Assembly:

1. Insert the blade segments one inside the other (from smallest to largest).
2. Insert the blade assembly into the handle from the bottom.
3. Place the cap and secure it with the rectangular pin.

Printed in BambuLab PLA Basic Black (Handle) and BambuLab PETG Translucent Blue (Blade).

Un sable láser telescópico diseñado desde cero para ser resistente, fiable y fácil de imprimir. Este sable utiliza paredes de 1.4 mm y un sistema de bloqueo por fricción cónica para mantenerse extendido firmemente y colapsar con suavidad.

Características Principales:

• Longitud Extendida: ~80 cm (Hoja de 6 segmentos).
• Diseño Robusto: Paredes de 3 perímetros (1.4mm) para resistir impactos leves.
• Seguridad: Incluye un tope superior mecánico para evitar que la hoja salga disparada.
• Cierre sin tornillos: La tapa inferior usa un pasador flexible (Pin) que no requiere pegamento ni tornillos.

Impresión:

• Perfil: Se ha utilizado el perfil por defecto de 0.20 mm Standard de BambuLab.
• Paredes: La hoja debe imprimirse con 3 paredes para asegurar su resistencia.
• Orientación: El pasador debe imprimirse en horizontal para evitar roturas.

Montaje:

1. Introduce las hojas una dentro de otra (de la más pequeña a la más grande).
2. Inserta el conjunto de hojas dentro del mango por la parte inferior.
3. Coloca la tapa y asegúrala con el pasador rectangular.
