Description
The mount (ZL600) of my Trelock LS950 suddenly broke after several years.
For this, I modeled a replacement part.
It fits perfectly into my lamp without any play. Due to manufacturing tolerances in the lamps themselves, it may be necessary to adjust the size of the model slightly.
The mount can, of course, also be used for other Trelock brand models.
For replacement, the rivet must be drilled out. For this, I used a 4mm metal drill bit. The rivet itself has a diameter of 3mm.

Afterwards, an M3x20 cap head screw is used as a replacement.

Due to outdoor use, I used ASA.
Generally, I used the “0.2mm Strength” profile with 6 wall lines. In the lower area, I changed this to 3 wall lines, as the stress there is lower.
I have been using it for 2 weeks on my gravel bike for commuting. So far, there have been no problems, even at -10°C.
