Description
This parametric shoulder washer with outer flange is designed for electrical and electronic applications where insulation is required.
The integrated outer flange increases the contact surface under the screw head and prevents direct contact with conductive materials, providing reliable electrical insulation and improved load distribution.
Inner diameter, washer diameter, flange diameter, and heights are fully customizable, making it suitable for different screw sizes (e.g. M3–M8) and custom projects.
Ideal for 3D printing in plastic materials such as PLA, PETG, ABS, or Nylon.
