Description
The original model is a 48V lithium battery holder. At a classmate's request, I made a 60V version:

The changes are as follows: changed to 20 sections of 40135 batteries
The battery hole diameter of the holder is 40.4mm, and the outer diameter of PengHui 40135 battery is 40.2mm. After printing and assembly, it is not very firm. Due to the increased number of batteries, 4mm fixing holes are added around it, which can be reinforced with M4 screws, or the holes can be used for wiring, or fiber tape can be used for fixing. The battery height is increased from the original 10mm to 15mm to enhance the stability of the holder. Openings in the middle position facilitate wiring and save material, using large and small holes to ensure structural strength. If any classmates need a matching case, please leave a message.
Bottom thickness is 1mm. Printing with PETG material will use about 85 grams. At standard printing speed, it is expected to take 2 hours and 38 minutes to print one. A set of batteries requires 2.

Battery model: 40135 (perfectly compatible with PengHui 40135, other 40135 Ningde models have not been tested. If there is a size error, please let me know, and I will continue to improve it)
