Simple lid for water bottles using PLA PETG. I designed this in Tinkercad to replace one i lost for my 5 gallon water jug.
This fits snugly on bottles with a 55.5mm neck diameter (Nestle Pure Life). The slight taper inside helps it snap on securely, but I added a small reinforced tab to help remove it..
I realize that there are quite a variety of water jug sizes but this was designed for the Nestle Pure Life Bottle, so it may not be a perfect fit for others, but you may be able to scale it to your needs.
I have found it to be pretty water tight from my tests. There are some bottles that may have a smaller neck that this wont fit but you can scale it down to fit your needs or request your size and i can adjust it for you.
