Ball Valve Model DN40

This ball valve model is intended to illustrate the common design of a ball valve as used in the chemical and process industries.

To make the internal components easily accessible without the need for tools, the valve housing is split into two halves and can be assembled using magnets (24 pieces, 10 × 2 mm).

The color scheme of the parts is intended to distinguish between:

• dynamic / moving parts (orange)
• static / housing parts (purple)
• seals / gaskets (white)

Except for the magnets, you will only need two M5 screws and two M8 (or M10) screws with nuts to assemble the housing.
