Parametric Alu Profile Cable Clips

A pressure-fit cable clip for 2020, 3030, and 4040 aluminum extrusions. Optimized for MakerWorld’s Parametric Customizer to ensure a perfect fit regardless of your extrusion brand's tolerances. 

It also includes a flat-back version that you can put on the wall or ceiling. 
 

Included: One 3MF preconfigured for 4040,3030,2020 sizes and the F3D source file.

Customization

If the preconfigured options don't have the correct tolerance to fit your profile you can click "Customize" to adjust the mounting interface and generate a model that fits your profile.

Wall Mounting Tip

For the Flat-Back version:

1. Super glue a Command Strip to the back of the clip (because it will not stick properly otherwise). I used this strip for posters (affiliate link).

2. Stick to the wall/ceiling. This ensures a permanent bond to the clip while keeping your wall damage-free as command strips can be removed without damage.
