Handle covers for Heritage The Rock cookware

Description
We have some pot lids which have metal handles and get too hot for comfort, so I designed some covers to be installed over top of them (using a bit of glue on the edges & tabs).
The handles fit the large & medium sized lids (I haven't bothered to create one for the small lid).
PLA printed handle covers worked just fine in my test, with a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes. An infrared thermometer showed they hit a peak of around 77 to 80 degrees Celcius but the handles were Ok. I'll update this note, after we've put them through more extensive real-world usage.
