📝 Description:

Here is a 3D printable assembly dinosaur, designed as a real construction toy 🧠✨
Each piece assembles with screws, transforming printing into a fun, educational, and highly satisfying activity, for both children and big kids 😉

This dinosaur combines:

  • 🦾 Mechanical / Robotic Design

  • 🔧 Real screw assembly

  • 🎨 Total color customization

  • 🖨️ Several print profiles available and tested 250% and 350%

A perfect model for learning, tinkering, experimenting, and playing, alone or with others.

📏 Available print profiles

  • 100 % : standard size

  • 250 % : maximum compatible size for A1 mini

  • 350 % : maximum size for X / A / P series

➡️ It's up to you to choose the size that matches your machine… and your desire for fun!

🛠️ Assembly instructions (simple and logical)

🔩 Two screw lengths are provided:

Recommended assembly order:

  1. Attach the tail to the body with the short screws

  2. Install the first part of the head

  3. Add the skull, still with the short screws

  4. Then attach the legs, with the longer screws

  5. Then attach the arms with the long screws

➡️ The assembly is deliberately progressive to remain accessible and enjoyable.

🛠️ Tips for perfect adhesion in 3D printing:

Thoroughly clean your build plate before each print. Grease residues, dust, or fingerprints can impair adhesion and cause detachments.

Check the build plate calibration: a well-leveled build plate ensures a uniform and well-adhered first layer.

Use an appropriate adhesion surface: depending on your material, apply a thin layer of glue stick, adhesive spray, or a specific tape (e.g., Kapton, BuildTak).

Properly adjust the build plate temperature to promote adhesion according to the material used (PLA, ABS, PETG, etc.).

Reduce the print speed of the first layer: a slower speed allows for better adhesion of the filament to the build plate.

Include a “skirt” or a “brim” in your slicer to stabilize the first layer and limit warping.
