Soda Can Piggy Bank
This is a great way for kids to store their hard earned (Found) coins in one secure place. And with style!
So far I only have 2 different cans but plan on making more
- Pepsi Can
- Slurm Can
** Warning, don't be like me and actually use glue that dries clear **
Important note: I have two slightly different can models, This one has a 4mm recess for the label to wrap around and sit flush in that recess. The other model (I will link below) DOES NOT have the recess and it designed for paper labels. The threaded lids for all of the cans are the same. So if you want to print a paper label jump to the model below! This model also has a lid with no slot for coins if you just want a can.
The largest coin the slot is designed to fit is a $0.25 USD Quarter dollar. If there is any interest in other sizes please let me know the currency so I can look up the size and make a few different sizes.
I am pretty certain you can also make your own label using the make your own key chain app. I will also continue to mark other labels as time permits.
- Upload a picture
- Make the size 204 x 95 x 0.4 MM thick
- Then just select your colors and print
(I have not tried this but I don't know why it would not work)
Fair Warning, gluing the label on is not the easiest but it is well worth it.
